Janitorial Position
Part time and full time positions are available. Must have late night / early morning availability. Overnight shifts may be required.
Job Overview
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Responsible for completing routine cleaning tasks in a timely manner. Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
Experience
Experience with housekeeping, janitorial services or relevant field is preferred.
Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays based on business demands.
A working knowledge of the practices and procedures of basic sanitizing, disinfecting, cleaning, polishing, and chemical safety.
Must be well organized and can prioritize tasks.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect assigned areas to identify any janitorial needs.
Maintain cleaning supplies, chemicals and tools.
Report faulty equipment and damaged structures to the General Manager.
Perform general janitorial services such as vacumming, moping, dusting, removing trash, polishing floors, cleaning bathrooms and windows.
Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to General Manager.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Experience preferred.
Language: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, vendors and co-workers.

Must have reliable transportation.

Hours and Availability
Typical workweek: 15-25 hours
Hours vary depending on venue traffic and number of weekly events.
Benefits and Pay
Employees are considered “full time status" if the employee consistently works over 30 hours per work week. Benefits are offered to all full time employees after 60 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision and a free life insurance policy.
This position starts at $20-$22/hr, based on experience
