 **Job Type:**Part and Full Time / Required Hours are 5am - 2pm/3pm  

 **Salary:**$21-24 hr DOE

 Job Overview

 We’re on the hunt for an energetic and fun-loving Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of Dad's Donuts retail storefront. If you’re someone who can manage a team with a smile, keep the shop running smoothly, and ensure our customers leave with a donut and a grin, then this job is for you!

 Key Responsibilities

 **Customer Experience:**

  - Ensure every customer has a sweet experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.

  - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive attitude.

 **Team Management:**

  - Recruit, hire, and train new staff members.

  - Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

  - Lead by example, setting the tone for a fun and efficient work environment.

 **Operations and Inventory:**

  - Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  - Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and ensure all products are fresh and available.

  - Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize waste and manage costs effectively.

 **Sales and Marketing:**

  - Implement and promote sales initiatives and special promotions.

  - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing strategies.

  - Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue.

 **Store Presentation:**

  - Maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization.

  - Ensure that displays are visually appealing and products are showcased effectively.

 Qualifications

  **Experience:**

  - Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a food service environment.

  - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

 **Skills:**

  - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  - Ability to handle cash and manage financial transactions.

  - Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.
